Bereidingswijze
Stap 1
Verwarm wat olijfolie in de wok en roerbak hierin krieltjes goudbruin en gaar.
Stap 2
Schep de ham reepjes erbij en roerbak dit nog ± 3 minuten Voeg vervolgens de witlof en de honing toe en roerbak nog 2 minuten Schep Aardappel Anders erdoor.
Stap 3
Plaats een deksel op de wok en laat het geheel gedurende 20 minuten gaar worden. Verkruimel de geitenkaas en leg deze er tenslotte op.
